4:00pm - start unloading and set up the stage 5:00pm - soundcheck for Massed band 5:45pm - sound check for choir + Kits Concert Band 6:15pm - sound check for St. John's 6:30pm - sound check for Kits Jazz Band + Combo 6:45 Off the Stage
7pm - start of show with O Canada
