Here are your instructions!

1) Write down the goal for today’s practicing. Remember, a good goal does NOT include "get all the notes and rhythms right"

2) Play a few times.

3) Record yourself playing it once. Press PAUSE

4) Answer the questions (on the record and reflect sheet)

5) Record yourself playing the same thing again. Were you able to improve? Repeat steps 3-

4 again until you feel like you have achieved your goal. *

6) Email your BEST recording to Ms.Lo
