3:20 - Everyone arrives to begin rehearsal

3:10pm - BLUE Band arrives to set up (plus all percussion & Jazz)
6pm - Arrive, warm up, sound check.
6:45pm - Pre-concert Music, Jazz Band gets on stage.
7pm - Concert Opens
