P.s. Also, we will have a short after-school practice on NOVEMEBER 20th.  3:10-3:45.   Please let me know if you are unable to attend.

Concert Band - Nov. 20, District Festival

Date: November 20, 2018, 6pm

Location: MAGEE Secondary School, 6360 Maple St, Vancouver, BC V6M 4M2

Dress:formal black - pants/long skirt, black collared shirt, black dress shoes, bow tie. A reminder, no sports wear is allowed.

Instructions:

1) Head to the atrium to put down your instruments and pick up your listening sheet. Please be prompt. We do not want to be the band causes all of the commotion in the back.

2) Find Ms.Lo and the rest of the band in the auditorium. We will be on the right in the back. Have a seat. We are listening for the first half, playing at the beginning of the second.

4) At intermission, we will take our instruments and warm up. See Ms. Lo for instructions and bow ties.

5) After we have played, we will remain to hear the other groups until the conclusion of the evening, around 9-930pm. At the end, the adjudicators will give some overall comments that are important to hear. Please stay until the adjudicators have made their comments.

6) Return bow-ties, put instruments in cases and see you on Wednesday!

Parents/Guardians/Siblings/Fan Clubs etc. are all welcome to stay and watch the performances of some of the finest bands in Vancouver!
