Step 1) Get your instrument assigned by Ms. Lo before the cut off date.
In person or by email. If have not been assigned an instrument, please email Ms. Lo with your NAME and INSTRUMENT.
You will need the Instrument CASE NUMBER to be assigned to you, not just the instrument type.
For example "Clarinet 7" and "Tuba 10" - the exact number needs to be assigned by Ms. Lo.
Percussionists who have their own stick bag (drumsticks, timpani mallets, xylophone mallets) are required to pay equipment use fee of $70 for the semester and $140 for the year.
Step 2) Look up Serial Number
If you have been assigned an instrument, please look up the make, model and serial number on this chart. This step is omitted for percussion.

Step 3) Fill out the RENTAL AGREEMENT form

Step 4) Make sure you have the accessories you will need in addition to the instrument
